Without a doubt, Group 1 Honda, formerly Fernandez Honda, has been the best Honda dealership I’ve ever worked with. I purchased my last two Hondas from this dealership, and I continue to bring my vehicles here for service because of the consistently great experience. Went in to my first appointment at Fernandez Honda for an oil change. First oil change was complementary. The gentleman who greeted me did great at first by collecting info. Told me they would wash my vehicle as well after the oil change. After service was done and noticed my car was NOT washed. Didn't say anything and drove home. Today’s first service appointment, the new owner 90-day check up was great. I felt respected and treated kindly. I was in and out quickly too. Their waiting room was neat and clean too.

I had never been to a dealership for service before so I did not realize you're supposed to wait in line in your car. I parked and they stared at me until the service center opened at 7. My appointment was set for 7am. I had arrived 10 min early. Took roughly 1.5 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. They have excellent pricing with packages for Hondas which surprised me. Better than most of the local mechanics when I was looking and comparing prices!

I bought a vehicle from a seller in Killeen. The same day I bought it the check engine light came on. The next time I drove the vehicle would no longer start.

The service department doesn't have any signs telling where to check in. It wasn't hard just had to go ask. The service was good took about a hour to get a oil change and tire rotation.
TJ was really straightforward and was awesome during the sale for the car! I will literally buy another car if he was still there.

I found everything to be very good professional, and the dealer was very understanding and explained everything well.
Chris was fantastic helped me and went out of his way to make the deal happen for me and get my dream car. Also offered to help me get the car home as it was a manual and first time driving, he also helped me learn how to drive it. My only complaint is I specified I did not want the wash tub membership and the finance guy had it in the contract still and when I told him I did not want that he still did not take it off.

I went to get my oil change and when I was on my way home, I got a call from the Service advisor saying that if I could return back to the dealership because they had forgot to put bolts back on my car but I had to go to Work so I couldn’t go that day so I go today and I give him my car keys. Pleasant experience up until I was surprised with a different interest rate come signing time. Manager made efforts to fix their error. I recommend only visiting this dealership if you have a credit history, as I did not.

I took my car in because it was showing code P0420: Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1.
After checking the vehicle, they told me the fuel injectors needed to be replaced. When I asked if they had done any additional testing to confirm it wasn’t an O2 sensor, exhaust leak, catalytic converter issue, or another possible cause, I was told they only performed a cylinder test and that “it’s a known issue.”
I asked if they offered any further diagnostic testing, and I was told no. I chose not to approve the repair.

I would have given to rating, but I didn't like "shop chargers" being added. They should include ship charges with the price of service.
