I had a very horrible experience. I went to get my oil change and when I was on my way home, I got a call from the Service advisor saying that if I could return back to the dealership because they had forgot to put bolts back on my car but I had to go to Work so I couldn’t go that day so I go today and I give him my car keys. Pleasant experience up until I was surprised with a different interest rate come signing time. Manager made efforts to fix their error. I recommend only visiting this dealership if you have a credit history, as I did not.
My experience with them has been amazing fast and accurate they provide me the service and information about my car
I took my car in because it was showing code P0420: Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1.
After checking the vehicle, they told me the fuel injectors needed to be replaced. When I asked if they had done any additional testing to confirm it wasn’t an O2 sensor, exhaust leak, catalytic converter issue, or another possible cause, I was told they only performed a cylinder test and that “it’s a known issue.”
I asked if they offered any further diagnostic testing, and I was told no. I chose not to approve the repair.

My Rep Richard Arredondo was excellent! He took care of my car set up an Uber to get me to work and a loaner car when they realized they had to order the parts. My Suv was repaired the next day and the A/C is blowing cold as new.

I would have given to rating, but I didn't like "shop chargers" being added. They should include ship charges with the price of service. Greg was extremely helpful as we ran into an issue with the car. Every worker I ran into were extremely kind and helpful. I fell in love with a Honda Pilot, but I have to wait 2 more years to pay off my other car. Darn it.... it was beautiful.

The sales person named Cristobal was very professional and very helpful in processing the application and helping me choose the vehicle. The process of processing the paperwork was very fast due to everything being on computerized. I would recommend Fernandez Auto Group to friends, relatives,and anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Anthony did a great job explaining the service process which was to be done on my 2020 Ridgeline. He was very courteous and welcoming as we entered the dealership. He also made sure to keep us appraised as the service was being performed on my vehicle. I will not hesitate to to contact Anthony for further maintenance on my vehicles.

Service Dept wise was GREAT! ANTHONY, is a top notch customer service person. He went above and beyond any service advisor I ve dealt with. The other Advisors could take a lesson from him. As for Auto Techs, they should wear CLEAN GLOVES when driving your car. I found grease stains on the steering wheel, middle console and the interior and exterior door handles. THIS should be addressed.

My car broke down in the middle of the road, and it was a very stressful situation. From the moment I contacted the dealership, Greg stepped in and went above and beyond. He was extremely honest, transparent, and professional throughout the entire process. What really meant the most to me was that while I was stranded waiting for roadside assistance, Greg personally called me multiple times just to check on me and make sure I was okay.

Both Keith and JC were very helpful, that is until after the sale. Now about a month after the deal , after many promises we are still waiting. Keith and JC had us sign a “we owe” sheet indicating the agreement for a second key. In addition we were made to pay $499 for the “Fernandez Connect” vehicle theft recovery system despite the vehicle having On Star from GM already. Definitely something we didn’t need however we were told it was “pre-installed”. The only connection I can make is “bait and switch” as NONE of these agreements have been fulfilled.

Great experience...check in was quick. The Honda representative was courteous and knowledgeable. Waiting room was clean and stocked with coffee, water, and snacks. We were in and out in less than an hour. Car was washed and everything was explained to us. Definitely a positive experience!!

Easy to get an appointment with. Most of the service guys are helpful. Took awhile to finally figure out one issue with my vehicle when it was getting poor gas mileage. I goggled it and asked my husband and it turned out to be exactly what the problem was.
Everything was great EXCEPT that my oil change and tire rotation almost took 2.5 hrs. I just can’t comprehend an oil change and tire rotation taking that long ?

I am a returning customer. I shopped around test drove and even signed a credit application and was about to sign for the purchase of a vehicle when I really wanted a truck because they said I could never get one in my price range even with a trade in and I am glad I didn't sign.
