I took my Honda pilot in for an oil change today. Anthony was so friendly and helpful with everything.
I brought my Honda to Group 1 Honda for an oil change, brake fluid flush, and a recall repair, and the experience was great from start to finish. Keo and the whole staff were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without any pressure or upselling. Everything was done when promised, and the price matched the quote. Keo went above and beyond with customer service, answering all my questions patiently and making sure I understood the recall work. I'll definitely be back and recommend Group 1 Honda to anyone looking for trustworthy service.
I was sold a used car with a bad battery and nail in the tire. Elijah used car manager refused to help.

Transparent about pricing. Not pushy when it comes to add ons. They simply asked if I wanted any and I said no thank you and that was that. Finance guy was also not pushy. Did the usual spiel for warranties, etc. I said no thank you, and that was that. Very relaxed dealership experience. You don’t have to play the usual games you do when it comes to buying a car. Would go there again when I am in the market for a new car.

Service has always been a high rating, starting with writing things up to expediting the service required. Went in to my first appointment at Fernandez Honda for an oil change. First oil change was complementary. The gentleman who greeted me did great at first by collecting info. Told me they would wash my vehicle as well after the oil change. After service was done and noticed my car was NOT washed. Didn't say anything and drove home. I had never been to a dealership for service before so I did not realize you're supposed to wait in line in your car. I parked and they stared at me until the service center opened at 7. My appointment was set for 7am. I had arrived 10 min early. Took roughly 1.5 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. They have excellent pricing with packages for Hondas which surprised me. Better than most of the local mechanics when I was looking and comparing prices!

The service department doesn't have any signs telling where to check in. It wasn't hard just had to go ask. The service was good took about a hour to get a oil change and tire rotation.
TJ was really straightforward and was awesome during the sale for the car! I will literally buy another car if he was still there.
