Dealership was hot inside workers weren’t friendly just because your trying to make a sale which they ours did doesn’t mean you don’t have to give great customer service. I would not refer anyone here
Great customer service and fast service and they really explain everything right so you understand everything they do.
Geoff is our go to advisor. Always very professional and friendly. Always lets us know what’s going on with our vehicles and makes sure we always leave satisfied. Been going to him for over 6 years now. Will not go to anyone else. Makes sure to always save us money the best way he can. And gives us his honest opinion. I had never been to a dealership for service before so I did not realize you're supposed to wait in line in your car. I parked and they stared at me until the service center opened at 7. My appointment was set for 7am. I had arrived 10 min early. Took roughly 1.5 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. They have excellent pricing with packages for Hondas which surprised me. Better than most of the local mechanics when I was looking and comparing prices!

I bought a vehicle from a seller in Killeen. The same day I bought it the check engine light came on. The next time I drove the vehicle would no longer start.
I had it towed to my local Honda dealership and not only did they fix the problem, they made sure I didn’t pay a cent. They worked with the seller to cover the cost of repairs, and took care of some other problems they found while working.

The service department doesn't have any signs telling where to check in. It wasn't hard just had to go ask. The service was good took about a hour to get a oil change and tire rotation.
TJ was really straightforward and was awesome during the sale for the car! I will literally buy another car if he was still there.
Staff is always courteous and answers my questions and sets expectations. Waiting area is clean and comfortable.

The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful with any questions or concerns I had throughout the entire process. The financing process was also quick and easy, and by the time I was done, my car was well cleaned and detailed. I found everything to be very good professional, and the dealer was very understanding and explained everything well.
Chris was fantastic helped me and went out of his way to make the deal happen for me and get my dream car. Also offered to help me get the car home as it was a manual and first time driving, he also helped me learn how to drive it. My only complaint is I specified I did not want the wash tub membership and the finance guy had it in the contract still and when I told him I did not want that he still did not take it off.

I went to get my oil change and when I was on my way home, I got a call from the Service advisor saying that if I could return back to the dealership because they had forgot to put bolts back on my car but I had to go to Work so I couldn’t go that day so I go today and I give him my car keys. Pleasant experience up until I was surprised with a different interest rate come signing time. Manager made efforts to fix their error. I recommend only visiting this dealership if you have a credit history, as I did not.

I took my car in because it was showing code P0420: Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1.
After checking the vehicle, they told me the fuel injectors needed to be replaced. When I asked if they had done any additional testing to confirm it wasn’t an O2 sensor, exhaust leak, catalytic converter issue, or another possible cause, I was told they only performed a cylinder test and that “it’s a known issue.”
I asked if they offered any further diagnostic testing, and I was told no. I chose not to approve the repair.

My Rep Richard Arredondo was excellent! He took care of my car set up an Uber to get me to work and a loaner car when they realized they had to order the parts. My Suv was repaired the next day and the A/C is blowing cold as new.

I would have given to rating, but I didn't like "shop chargers" being added. They should include ship charges with the price of service. Greg was extremely helpful as we ran into an issue with the car. Every worker I ran into were extremely kind and helpful. I fell in love with a Honda Pilot, but I have to wait 2 more years to pay off my other car. Darn it.... it was beautiful.
