Went in to my first appointment at Fernandez Honda for an oil change. First oil change was complementary. The gentleman who greeted me did great at first by collecting info. Told me they would wash my vehicle as well after the oil change. After service was done and noticed my car was NOT washed. Didn't say anything and drove home. Later on that evening I pulled my car out of garage and noticed oil dripping. Drove back in and checked underneath my car and noticed alot of oil on the protector pan. Went in to my first appointment at Fernandez Honda for an oil change. First oil change was complementary. The gentleman who greeted me did great at first by collecting info. Told me they would wash my vehicle as well after the oil change. After service was done and noticed my car was NOT washed. Didn't say anything and drove home. Later on that evening I pulled my car out of garage and noticed oil dripping. Drove back in and checked underneath my car and noticed alot of oil on the protector pan. Took off the pan and noticed oil at the plug. Checked and the plug wasn't even tightened! And the oil filter as well! Took pictures of everything. I went ahead and tightened both the filter and plug and solved my own problem. Just glad I caught it same day or else Fernandez Honda would've gave me a new car or engine.
Today’s first service appointment, the new owner 90-day check up was great. I felt respected and treated kindly. I was in and out quickly too. Their waiting room was neat and clean too.
I have total confidence in the Service Department! I have had my car serviced there since I bought it in 2016.
